1. Third-Party Suppliers:

All products purchased through our online store are procured from third-party suppliers. 

2. Shipping Procedure:

Once a product is purchased, it will be shipped by the respective third-party supplier to our WrkPod facility. Upon receipt, our dedicated WrkPod Concierge team takes over to ensure the product reaches its final destination.

3. WrkPod Concierge Delivery:

Our WrkPod Concierge team will hand-deliver the products to the designated team members at the WrkPod facility. This personalised service ensures that your order is delivered securely and timely to your team.

4. Delivery Times:

While we aim to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible, the actual delivery times may vary depending on the third-party supplier's shipping schedule and the location of the WrkPod facility.

5. Shipping Charges:

In most cases there are no additional fees for shipping and delivery. If a purchase needs to be shipped from a third party provider that is further than our original quoted price we will let you know in writing prior to making any shipping arrangements. In the event that you are not satisfied with the additional shipping fees we will refund your purchase immediately.

 

6. Changes to Shipping Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, so we encourage you to review the policy regularly.
