All products you purchase through our online store are sourced directly by third-party suppliers, and delivered by our WrkPod concierge team. As such, any request for returns, replacements, or refunds are subject to the specific return policy of the supplier of the product.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then provide you with the necessary information and steps to proceed with the return based on the supplier's policy.

3. Responsibility for Quality:

Please note that we do not manufacture these products nor do we have any control over their quality. Our role is to facilitate the procurement process for your convenience. We do not provide any warranties, express or implied, on the products purchased through our store.

4. Refunds:

Any refund approved by the third-party supplier will be credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days, subject to the supplier's policy.
